Attention U-LBMNet for image inpainting

Attention U-LBMNet is a U-shaped Lattice Boltzmann neural network designed for image inpainting. The architecture combines LBM-based encoder and decoder blocks with attention mechanisms to effectively reconstruct missing image regions while preserving structural details and textures. Skip connections and attention gates enable efficient feature fusion across multiple scales, resulting in accurate and visually coherent image restoration. Its physics-inspired design provides an interpretable, scalable, and efficient framework for image reconstruction and related image restoration tasks.
